Big Jay’s Snow Removal & Lawn Care started because I saw too many people in my community struggling to find reliable, quality yard care and snow removal. One afternoon, I was leaving Home Depot after picking up supplies when I spotted one of my regular customers in the parking lot—stuck with a flat tire. Without hesitation, I pulled over, grabbed my tools, and got to work. Within minutes, her spare was on and she was back on the road.
It wasn’t part of the job description, but at Big Jay’s, our customers aren’t just clients—they’re neighbors.
